About the event
Are you ready for two days full of brutal obstacles, muddy runs, power jumps, dirty crawls and most of all fun?! A weekend full of challenges, obstacles, and fun for all the family. Let your lion out and join The Club on the 17th and 18th of October 2020 in aid of Pink October.
Individual Competitions
Individual competitions include the whole assault course against time and all obstacles need to be completed. The qualifiers will be held on Saturday whilst the finals will be held on Sunday.
Relay Competitions
Relay competitions may include a total of four people per group and all obstacles need to be completed. The qualifiers will be held on Saturday whilst the finals will be held on Sunday.
Time Attack Competition
A set of 10 challenges with 10 repetitions each. This competition is open to anyone above the age of 18. There will be two levels of difficulty available - level 1 & level 2.

Weight Carry 20kgs 40kgs
V’s 5kgs 10kgs
Run back to the start line which will eventually be the finish line
