About the event
The Young Hustlers Race is an OCR challenge designed for young, energetic participants aged 6 to 15 years old. This race is part of the National OCR League. The event will start at 5PM and end at 7:30PM.
Participants will be divided into three age groups: 6 to 8, 9 to 11 and 12 to 15. The race will be structured so that two athletes leave every five minutes, ensuring that everyone has an equal chance to compete. The event will feature a podium for each gender in each age group. Age groups are according to BIRTH YEAR.
As of this edition, a new race format will be introduced. Athletes will be provided with three bands, allowing them to recuperate two bands with penalty loops which will be completed at the end of the race.
